International Shipping

• USPS Shipping: All international customers will be shipped USPS unless contact for other shipping means are made please email info@pblxcorp.com • Contact Us: We encourage all international customers to contact us directly so we can better assist the processing period. Please email orders@pblxcorp.com • International orders require longer processing times than domestic orders. Important Notice: For all international orders the customer may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges, cannot determine what they may be and customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Returns

A return authorization, or RA, the number must be obtained from PBLX Customer Service at 385-549-1853, and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandise for warranty evaluation. PBLX will not accept warranty returns without a copy of the original sales receipt. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. All return must have an RA#. For warranty evaluation, your PBLX product must be returned directly to: Pure Body Logix ATTN: Input RA # 175 N 1800 W, UNIT 106, Lindon UT 84042   All shipping for Warranty claims must be prepaid and insured. PBLX cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package, otherwise, the return may be subject to refusal at the owner’s expense. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the warranty claim to be processed once it’s received by PBLX. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
