Stress balls are commonly misused, as most people believe that simply squeezing the stress ball will relieve the stress. But however, simply squeezing it, will do little to relieve the stress. For the best results when attempting to relieve stress here are some simple instructions.

- Hold the stress ball in the palm of your hand and squeeze the stress ball as you do so. (Don’t Squeeze is it as hard as you can, simply squeeze with mild force.) Take a deep breath as you do so.

- Then relax your hand then exhale.
